Green Mountain Property Management manages long-term residential rentals across Vermont — single-family homes, duplexes, and small multi-family buildings. We started from a simple observation: most owners don’t dislike owning rentals, they dislike the 9 p.m. phone calls, the awkward conversation about late rent, and never quite knowing what condition the unit is in.
So that’s what we take on. We market and lease the unit, screen applicants consistently, collect the rent, coordinate repairs with trades we actually trust, inspect the property on a schedule, and send you a statement that makes sense. You keep the asset and the decisions; we handle the day-to-day.
